Utilities Required

When providing services to clients, access to an electrical outlet and water via a standard ¾” hose connection is currently required. We bring hoses!

Hours of Operation

Due to the nature of us residing in Western PA, services are limited to warmer months of the year. Regular services will be provided between April-November, with additional appointments made during periods of unseasonable weather.

Within the normal months of the year, services will primarily be conducted on weekends, 8AM-6PM.

Region of Servicing

Currently, we service clients located within Westmoreland, Indiana, Alleghany, Fayette, and Washington Counties of Western Pennsylvania.

Pricing

Our customers come from a multitude of different lifestyles, and their vehicles often reflect that! Prices start at advertised prices, but will scale according to size, condition, and age of your vehicle. For example, a two seater Porsche Boxter and a 3-row SUV take massively different times to service for interior detailing! Additionally, factors such as children or pets can increase our servicing time. We wish to provide you the same quality of service, regardless of vehicle. Before we begin, final pricing will be confirmed with the client.

Payment

Final service costs will be agreed upon before any services begin and will be expected at the end of service. Please understand that services vary depending on the package chosen, and the size and condition of the vehicle, and the lifestyle of the owner.

Currently, payment is acceptable via cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle. We hope to expand this in the near future.

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies or urgent conflicts may arise. If a cancellation or rescheduling is required, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled service when possible.

Weather Cancellations

As we all know, weather in Western PA can be somewhat volatile and unpredictable! In the event that a service must be postponed due to excessive rain, lightning, wind, or other hazardous weather, we will work with you to find an alternative date to finish or conduct your servicing!

Special Note on Interior Services

We will remove all the loose items in your interior before starting our Full Interior Service. If preferred, areas such as the glove box and center console can be kept undisturbed but not detailed before the start of your service. If you would prefer any items not to be handled by our team, we ask that you remove them before we come for service, or make a special note before the detail begins!
